These Terms of Service govern your use of edupaj — the website, apps, daily challenge, and any related content. We've kept them as plain-spoken as we could.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using edupaj you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Who can use edupaj
edupaj is open to learners of all ages. Children under 13 should have a parent or guardian's permission before signing in with Google or submitting a Daily Challenge score.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use edupaj to harass other users, post profane or hateful display names on the leaderboard, scrape content at scale, or attempt to disrupt the service.
We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entry that violates these rules.
4. Content & intellectual property
Quiz questions, illustrations, the edupaj name and logo are the property of edupaj. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; redistribution, reselling, or republishing without written consent is not.
AI-generated bonus rounds are produced by third-party language models and may occasionally contain errors. Use your judgment.
5. User submissions
By submitting a display name to the Daily Challenge leaderboard you grant edupaj a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it publicly while it remains on the leaderboard.
6. Service availability
We do our best to keep edupaj available 24/7, but the service is provided 'as is' without warranty. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, edupaj will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to USD 100.
8. Termination
You may stop using edupaj at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of edupaj after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
